    These floral paintings are layers and layers of bright colours, achieved by using palette knives, sponges, and tiny paint brushes to get a slightly abstracted, partial pointillism effect.
    Teresa vacillates between painting abstracts, florals, and trees, but all her works include many layers, plenty of colour, and a variety of methods to add texture. Teresa uses art therapeutically and she believes all forms of art are healing. Teresa has worked in mental health for her career, and she has also been on a creative journey since she was a child. Luckily, she was able to combine her two passions, bringing art to her work with mental health clients. She is inspired by nature, music, and literature.
