Refund policy
We want you to love your Art but art is generally not refundable. We know it is difficult to select and commit to a piece of art based on photos - and that the colours may not be what you expected, but we hope that you can learn to love it all the same.
If you are just not happy with the Art you purchased please contact us through the Gallery website (on the home page there is a "contact us" button). We would love to have an opportunity to address any concerns or find a way to exchange your piece for one that you will love.
We take great pride in our packaging for shipping, but sometimes bad things happen to good packages. If it was an original piece we will have purchased insurance from the shipper. Once we know the issue - we can work with you to find a solution.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Should it be necessary to send a piece of Art back to the Gallery we will agree on a method when you contact us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Art is by its nature some what organic. Paintings on canvas can stretch slightly, and paintings on paper can warp. These are not considered damage - but instead evidence that you are dealing with a real piece of original Art.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If we come to an agreement to exchange your Art, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
In the case that we have agreed to accept a piece of Art to be refunded, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
