Shipping policy 

All orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  For Prints or any items reliant on another third party, we may require more time to fill your order.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use Canada Post for most of our shipping.  

We will usually purchase insurance coverage on pieces containing original Art.

Shipping isn't cheap.  We are working on offering free shipping so the cost is covered by the artist or the Gallery.  We are monitoring this.

At this time we are only offering shipping to Canada and the U.S. for free. 

If you are international and want to purchase art please use the "contact us" button on the website and we can discuss the shipping costs and arrange for the purchase.

 

If you are in the U.S. or  an International location, Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Plaid Moose Gallery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local delivery:

Local delivery can be arranged to customers if located in the same area as the relevant artist, requests for this can be arranged by sending a message at the checkout or by using the "contact us" feature found on the homepage. 

Other Shipping Rates:

In the rare cases where it is necessary to use calculated rates, Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using the "contact us" feature on the homepage of the website, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We may require you to provide an alternative address.
